All Photon purchases are final.

Photon is a digital product. Once a license key or access key has been delivered, redeemed, or activated, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please make sure you understand what Photon does before purchasing. Photon provides PC performance diagnostics and optimization guidance, but it does not guarantee a specific FPS increase, latency reduction, temperature improvement, or performance result.

We may refuse or revoke access if a license is shared, resold, abused, tampered with, or used in violation of our Terms of Service.
